When an authorized user connects a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account, Jalusi Tech requests only the permissions needed to deliver the email features enabled by your organization. OAuth tokens and related credentials are stored securely and used solely to maintain the connection on behalf of the connecting user and their organization. Users can disconnect an integration where the product provides that control, and organization administrators can manage access through role and settings controls.

Google's use of information received from Gmail APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations to your organization, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and organizational settings.
